In Miami, Samy Salon wanted to remodel a 2,400 square foot space in an old Art Deco building. The task was to create an original concept for a hair salon spa in an exceedingly competitive environment. They also required a retail presence inside the store.
To meet the challenge, NK created an artful and stylized environment with hanging bubbles from the ceiling, projector screens, and distinctive lighting. The materials and finishes included a wood floor, wall inserts in the dry wall, metal, and acrylic.
